Don't worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general sales conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

This site is 100% secure. And to be honest, one could even say it is 300% secure. Most sites only secure their 'cart' and everything related to order payment. On this site, all pages are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers, or cash on delivery.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
